KorTechX provides web design, development, software, marketing and related services. By engaging us, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
We provide written quotes based on an agreed scope of work. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Work typically begins on receipt of a deposit, with the balance due on completion or per the schedule in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
To deliver on time we rely on you to provide content, brand assets, access and timely feedback and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components and any pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain licensed rather than owned. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control. Services and this website are provided on an "as is" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Projects often involve third-party platforms, hosting, payment processors and tools, each with their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of those third parties.
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Work completed up to the termination date, and any non-recoverable costs, remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to new engagements and continued use of this site.
